In Lefkara it is pleasant and easy to wander through the narrow, cozy winding streets, enjoy the view of traditional architecture, visit the Museum of needlework and jewelry (located in the villa of Patsalos), dine at one of the many restaurants or taverns.

• Village of Hirohitia

The most ancient settlement of Cyprus: its foundation is attributed to the 5th-8th millennium BC! The settlement of the Early Neolithic has been well preserved, largely thanks to UNESCO, which included Hirohity in the list of all-heritage sites.

• Fortress (fort) of Larnaca

It was built by the Turks back in 1625 as a defensive fort and as a prison for prisoners (during the British occupation of the island). Today, the fortress is almost completely open to visitors and tourists: an interesting archaeological museum from the Middle Ages with exhibits of Ancient Kition and Hala Sultan Tekke. In the summer in the courtyard of the fort, colourful theatrical performances are arranged, and from the walls an excellent view of the urban surroundings opens.
