Privacy Policy - Smapse Education

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Regulations are an official document of smapse.com domain owner (further - Site Administrator), and determine procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using services of the Internet site smapse.com (hereinafter referred to as the site) and its services.

1.2. The purpose of these Rules is to ensure protection of information about users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. Relations on collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about users of the site are regulated by these Rules, other official documents of the Site Administrator and the current legislation of UK.

1.4. The site Administrator has the right to make changes to these Rules. The site Administrator reserves the right not to inform the users of the site about changes in the Rules. Users are obliged to check these Rules periodically on a personal initiative.

1.5. These Rules are developed and used in accordance with the Rules for the use of the smapse.com website, posted on the website at smapse.com/terms/. If there are contradictions between these Rules and any other official documents of the Site Administrator, these Rules shall apply.

1.6. By registering and using the site, the user agrees with the terms of these Rules.

1.7. In case of disagreement of the user with terms of these Rules, the use of the site and its further services should be terminated.

2. Terms of use of the site

2.1. Providing services for the use of the site and its services (hereinafter referred to as site services), the Site Administrator, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the user:

  • has all necessary rights allowing him to register and use this site;
  • indicates reliable information about himself the quantity necessary to use the services of the site;
  • is acquainted with these Rules, agrees with them and assumes the rights and duties specified in them.

2.2. The Administrator of the site does not check the accuracy of the received (collected) information about users, except for cases when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations of the site Administrator to the user.

3. Information processing

The site Administrator processes information about users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the site Administrator's obligations to users regarding the use of the site and its services.

4.1. The site Administrator takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the user's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

4.3.
