Description of Munich Business School

The Private University of Munich Business School (or MBS) is an educational institution of applied form of study, which is listed in TOP-10 business schools in Germany and has proven itself in all of Europe and the world. The institution was founded in 1991, successfully passed accreditation in Bavaria (1999), and under the present name has been working since 2003 (at the same time, bachelor, master and MBA programs were approved). By the way, MBA programs are accredited by the universities in the FIBAA (Foundation for the Accreditation of International Programs in Business Administration): there are more than 600 well-known and popular specialists among the graduates of the department.

Teaching students the rules of doing business, the Munich Business School does not forget about personal development: education here is complex, aimed at including the development of personal responsibility, independence, the ability to make quick and non-standard decisions. Courses are conducted in both English and German languages - students can choose for themselves the best program for themselves.

All educational programs (starting with undergraduate) include practical internships - they can be held in Germany or any other country in the world. So, students of bachelor's programs are waiting for at least 3 practices. In addition, student exchanges are regularly held - MBS cooperates with many prestigious universities in 18 countries, for example:

  • Florida International University (FIU), USA: three master's courses and 1 MBA
  • Boston University, Metropolitan College, USA: 3 bachelor's programs and 1 master's degree
  • Skema Business School, France: Bachelor's degree, 7 master's programs and 3 MBA options
  • Bond University Gold Coast, Australia: 2 master's courses
  • Master's courses in London

Student exchange gives the opportunity to get a double diploma (Pre-Master Dual Degree), since the student is studying 2 semesters in MBS and two in a partner university (note that the second diploma is paid separately).

Munich Business School is regularly celebrated in national and international rankings:

  • Included in TOP of the best German universities (according to Wirtschaftswoche and Handelsblatt Karriere, 2011)
  • 4th place among Universities of Germany (Universum, 2011)
  • Best results in the country in 4 out of 5 categories: organization of study, general description of the educational process, international orientation, practical approach (data of the University Center Development (CHE), 2011)
  • Ranked among the best German business schools (Times of India, 2012)
  • 1st place among business administration programs among private applied universities in Germany (WirtschaftsWoche, 2015).

The Munich Business School is famous as one of the most international universities in the country -  the total number of students reaches 400 people, among them 30% are foreign students. This forms a comfortable environment for study and teaches students to be more attentive to representatives of other countries and cultures, to conduct business with professionals from any country in the world.

One of the main priorities of studying at the Munich Business School is the maximum orientation to practice. Students from the first year learn to apply practical knowledge in real life, on real situations and business moments, to integrate their skills into domestic and international operations.
