The program can be received by children even with an initial level of English at the age from 12 to 17 years. In order that teachers can equally pay attention to each student, classes are held in groups of up to 15 people.

Global Young Leaders

The Global Young Leaders Summer Course is a strong preparation for the development of critical thinking and debate. This is an opportunity to communicate with students from all over the world, participate in the World Debate Championship, and learn from the best professionals in their field. Debate is an effective tool for the development of oratorical skills, self-confidence, useful knowledge and outlook, a clearly defined voice, structured logical thinking, communication skills: everything that the best universities in the world require.

In addition, for foreign students, this will be an additional opportunity to practice spoken English and raise it to a really impressive, confident level! So you can quickly overcome the language and cultural barrier, improve fluency and literacy of speech, get rid of the accent, expand your vocabulary.

In the course of the program, students analyze economics, philosophy, politics in a global context - fundamental concepts for the study of world politics and political science, geopolitics.

Students choose an academic topic together with their mentor and express their opinion in a short final essay: including this is an excellent training for an extended essay, a motivation letter for admission to universities.

Additionally, there is a GYL module that introduces students to university life and order in the UK. For example, he trains students to pass an interview with the admissions committee, gives useful recommendations for writing a personal testimonial and application.

Classes are arranged in such a way as to unite students from different countries and cultural backgrounds, different levels of "debate skills". This allows students to learn from each other, to express mutual support.

Accommodation, meals, prices

During the period, students are offered accommodation in dormitories on the school grounds, where the students are accommodated in rooms for 1, 2 or 4 people (boys separate from the girls). Shower rooms and toilets are located on the floors of the residence, and in the rooms each of the guests has everything necessary for comfortable accommodation: a bed, a personal nightstand and a study table, a common wardrobe. The residence has an international, cheerful atmosphere - usually for students to live in such a way that in one room were representatives of different nationalities of the same age.

Meals are organized on a full board, that is, students of the summer language camp receive three meals a day in the cafeteria on the campus of the school. Men try to make the menu balanced and useful, including in the diet of a growing organism a lot of vegetables and fruits. There is also a vegetarian menu available for students in the local dining room, and during the retreats each student receives a packed lunch.
