The goal of the Verbier Language School VLS is to give students the opportunity to learn a living, modern language and make the learning process as quick, convenient and effective as possible. At school, students are divided into small academic groups - only 8 people each - and also practice private, individual lessons with a teacher that any student can attend. Thus, a relaxed, calm and friendly atmosphere is reached, in which each student feels comfortable. Professional teachers are able to find an approach to every student regardless of his age, nationality and basic level of the language, to motivate to achieve educational and personal goals, to give the right direction in teaching.
The most effective learning in small groups will be for those students who want to improve their communication skills, conversational English, expand vocabulary and correct pronunciation. If you pursue a more narrowly specialized goal - for example, want to prepare for the successful passing of an international exam - you can take advantage of the offered service of individual lessons.
If you are just starting to learn English, classes will give you the necessary foundation of basic knowledge, basic grammar and vocabulary skills. After the completion of the course, students will be able to communicate freely enough on everyday topics, not to experience difficulties in daily duties and life: for example, ordering food, filling out forms or statements, traveling, clarifying information from the native speaker, etc. If your level of language is advanced and high, then the teachers will help you to update and deepen existing knowledge, to perfect your basic skills, and to expand your vocabulary. In case you prefer personal attention and individual approach, the school organizes private lessons for you with an experienced teacher, and they can be conducted not only in the classroom: you can study the necessary topic in the place of your choice - in school, at home, in a restaurant and cafes, even on the ski slopes!

English plus winter sports
You can combine learning the language with winter sports. The course is available to both beginners and confident users of English (Beginner I, Beginner II, Intermediate, Advanced). Classes are conducted by experienced teachers who can also assume the role of instructors. You can choose the format of lessons by yourself:

Attention of students the following studying programs are offered:
- Lessons in pairs;
- Classes in the group (3-8 people);

Classes last from 9 am to 12 pm. In the second half of the day there is an entertainment program.
The course is for young students aged 3 to 7 years. Classes take place in the morning, from 9 am to noon. The studying block includes three parts, divided by small breaks:
- Grammar;
- Games, mini-films and songs in English for better understanding and memorizing;
- Drama and art in English.
After lunch, there is an entertainment program for children. Please check the dates with our operators.
