1. Belfast

Students can take advantage of the dorm parking and Wi-Fi. The rooms are also suitable for teens with disabilities.
  • Errigal / Knocklayde - the residence on the university campus consists of 17 houses and 12 one-bedroom apartments and offers a choice of several accommodation options: a block with 6 or 9 bedrooms, double apartments or apartments designed for teenagers and young people with disabilities. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. For all students, high-speed Internet access, common recreation areas, laundry facilities are available. In addition, young people have the opportunity to have a picnic or active sports games with friends in the sports pavilion.
  • Cromore Court - apartments and houses literally in front of the entrance to the campus next to the railway station: two-bedroom bungalows, 4- or 5-bedroom apartments. All rooms are fully equipped for comfortable living and have central heating, own washing machine and dryer. Please note that electricity is available at an additional cost.
  • Maple Lodge - development of 4- and 5-bedroom apartments near the campus. Each student has his own bedroom with a bed, study area and bathroom, and the equipped kitchen, living room and dining room are common areas. All utilities are included in the rental price, high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.
  • Agherton Village is a compound consisting of apartments and townhouses in the beautiful seaside town of Portstwart (you can reach the university by public transport (about 3 miles)). Agherton Village provides modern apartments with fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms and cozy living rooms.

In all residences a support service is provided, which at any time is ready to help with the problems and difficulties that arise.

Students of this department are offered the following types of accommodation:

  • Dalriada Village - a residence in the center of the campus is five apartments, grouped around attractive courtyards with parking on site. Each apartment has five rooms, each for one student: it is fully furnished and includes a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. A spacious rest room with modern equipment, a cozy living room and a dining area are common areas.

In addition, there are several self-contained penthouses available for couples or young people who want to get more personal space. Ulster University also offers special rooms for people with disabilities.

In the residence there is a rest room where pupils living in different apartments can meet: there they can watch TV, play a prefix or chat with friends.

  • Courtyard is a hostel that offers a high level of service for its guests and a convenient location near the university. It is ideal for students interested in high-quality and spacious accommodation. All students receive access to a high-speed Wi-Fi-service, a laundry, a store with hot drinks and snacks, ATMs.

Typically, six students divide an apartment from nine bedrooms: each has a separate space for study. The apartments have a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room, a dining area and a shared bathroom with toilet. Couples and young people can also choose a separate option.

Night service assistants and security officers are available all night to solve any problems or help with the difficulties encountered.

4. Muggi

For students in Maji there are two options:

  • Coppin House has an ideal location near the campus. It is a modern five-storey building with an elevator and a high level of security. On each floor there are 16 spacious single rooms, 2 large kitchens with all necessary equipment and a lounge where you can relax or meet friends.
  • Duncreggan Village - a hostel offering accommodation in 2 and 5-room apartments, which have been recently renovated. In addition, young people have access to Wi-Fi, a football pitch, a sports pavilion, barbecue and picnic areas where students can relax with friends in good weather.

There is a 24-hour support service, where young people can address their difficulties and problems.
