The Schwarzsee Summer Camp invites students between the ages of 10 and 20 to spend interesting vacations in a beautiful mountainous area and combine rest with language learning. You can choose from English, German or French language to study. Classes in groups (no more than 6 people) take in the morning hours on weekdays: 9: 00-12: 30 from Monday to Friday (only 20 hours of classes weekly). The schedule of classes and the curriculum is flexible enough so that it will be possible to tailor the program to the needs of a particular student or group. Classes are held in an interesting and lively form, play methods and role games are connected, and numerous audiovisual aids. All classes are arranged in a free, informal entertainment form, and in addition to practice skills, Schwarzsee students will attend frequent entertainment and sightseeing activities

If you choose an intensive English course in Schwarzsee, your language skills will improve significantly in a short time. In general, the program is similar to the general course, but twice / thrice a week the student attends two additional classes (in the afternoon).

The price of the program includes:
- Studying (groups of 6 people);
- Meals and lodging;
- Seminars;
- Studying materials and manuals;
- Evening entertainment and excursions;
- Transfers (from Geneva or Zurich every Sunday, arrivals from 10 am to 6 pm, departures from 11.30 am to 7 pm).
Additional fees are:
- Registration fee;
- intensive course (about 4-5 lessons per week optional);
- Individual transfer at non-standard time: from Zhenena - 400 CHF one way, from Zurich - 500 CHF one way;
- Additional visiting excursions on Sundays.

Students are accommodated in the hostel. There are available 10-bed, as well as 4-bed rooms.
Subjects and sports
Activities Summer Camp Schwarzsee
After classes, students can play football or volleyball, try themselves in a student theater or a local newspaper, take part in film screenings or take a photo.
Also twice a week foreign students go on excursions: Murten, Avenches, Yverdon , Gletterens, Payerne, Neuchatel, Friborg, Estavayer - before them students get by train, by ship or bus, and sometimes on foot.
Evening program of events is also very rich and interesting: it's discotheques and concerts under the starry sky, campfire evenings on the river bank, karaoke and casino-night, football tournaments and boccia.

Facilities and equipment at Summer Camp Schwarzsee
Like some other summer camps in Switzerland, the Schwarzsee camp is located in a cozy and spacious chalet-house: in addition to sleeping and studying rooms, students can find a lounge for relaxation with a fireplace, a disco hall and a room for table tennis - all rooms are spacious and well equipped. After classes, international students can actively relax in the gymnasium, outdoor sports grounds. For leisure, there is also a student theater, a local newspaper, a cinema and a photo-circle.
Admission dates and extra charges
The summer camp is held from June 28 to August 8. The program can be started in June (June 28), in July (5,12,19,26) or August 2, at your request, you can combine several camp changes.
