At present, the university provides housing for 850 foreign students. However, it is planned to expand and build new hostels. The school owns its own radio station CJRU and publishes its own newspaper, The Eyoverener.

The university is part of such associations as the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada, the Association of Commonwealth Universities and the Council of Ontario Universities.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

To become a student of an educational institution, an applicant must provide grades from a previous place of study. You will also need to pass the entrance exam, the results of which are enrolled. Both local residents and foreign citizens can apply for admission. The institution has the following faculties:

Tuition for a bachelor’s degree is 23,000 USD / year, and a master’s degree is 20,000 USD / year. The university offers its students financial assistance in the form of scholarship payments.

The school year is divided here into two semesters. In total, the institution has about 31,500 students and 850 teachers. The share of foreign citizens is about three percent of the total number of students. Education at Toronto Metropolitan University can be obtained not only in full-time, but also remotely.
