Haut-Lac International Center, a popular international language school, Haut Lac, organizes interesting summer courses for students from around the world aged 8 to 17 years. This is an excellent opportunity to spend the summer in a cozy and hospitable, picturesque Switzerland, to raise the level of the language (you can choose German, English or French), to master new sports. The language center Haut-Lac International Center is small enough - the maximum number of students reaches 110 people, and in one classroom deals with up to 10 people - which allows each child to receive personal attention from the teacher, count on an individual approach. A private family-type school was opened in 1987, and for 100 years almost 100% of students are satisfied with their stay on interesting language programs combining education, sport, creativity, excursions and active recreation.
The large campus of the Haut-Lac International Center (25 thousand square meters) is located at the foot of the Swiss Alps, in the village of Le Sierne. The road to the famous resort of Montreux takes only 45 minutes, to the picturesque Lake Gruyère - 10 minutes, and you can get to the international airports of Geneva and Zurich in 1-2 hours.

A universal combined language course is designed for students who want to learn fun, comfortably and with pleasure!
Each week, there are 20 academic sessions (1 lesson = 40 minutes): each student can choose a language for study - English, French or German. Before the beginning of the classes all students pass the testing of the level of knowledge, which distributes them according to the initial level of preparation. All basic skills develop: reading, listening (listening to speech), writing and speaking. The vocabulary expands, pronunciation improves and the emphasis is adjusted. Translation from class to class (to more advanced) is possible every Monday: this increases the intensity of the course and makes the studying more comfortable. At the end of the studying each student receives a corporate certificate indicating the level reached. Classes are conducted by professional, qualified teachers who have extensive experience working with foreign students and international groups.
The program is provided for two age groups: 8-11 years and 12-17 years. The cost of the program includes 1 excursion for the whole day.

Swiss Business Camp
Business English for children 15-18 years.
Students are divided into groups of 2-4 people (group classes are also conducted in small classrooms) and learn the language features of the international business sphere. Students try to make business plans and business concepts, study the work and structure of large organizations and corporations, marketing, management and accounting. Experienced teachers have experience in the business sphere, give students relevant information in the form of games, role-playing situations.

An interesting combined program, in addition to foreign language lessons includes a lot of excursions, leisure and entertainment activities, active recreation and sports, creative electives. The price of the course already includes 2 excursions for the whole day and 2 for several hours (every week of stay).

Sports classes are available for students with any level of preparation: both beginners and more experienced, advanced athletes. Qualified instructors carefully follow the observance of safety techniques, help to master the basics and new techniques, the subtleties of the chosen sport.

Accommodation, meals, prices
Haut-Lac International Center students are provided with cozy, fully equipped and furnished bedrooms: 32 double, 6 quadruple and 4 six-bed, comfortably located on the floors. There are two spacious dining rooms, where meals are organized on the full board basis. If students go on a long excursion, everyone gets a full lunch in a convenient travel package. The diet is always varied, tasty and balanced, includes a large number of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Facilities and equipment at Haut-Lac International Centre Summer School and Language Centre
The campus of the language school Haut-Lac International Center fully meets the high international requirements for convenience and comfort. For children 9 classrooms and 5 game rooms, cozy bedrooms for living, a functional fitness room and art workshops were prepared. There is a common living room for recreation and socializing, a cinema hall: in your free time you can take tables for billiards and table tennis, air hockey, table football, play prefixes or work out on the beach volleyball court. On fine days, students gather on the comfortable spacious terrace-veranda (there is a separate barbecue area here), there is a spacious, green and well-kept park area for walking.
