Program The International Foundation is the path to earning a bachelor's degree at the University of Suffolk. Depending on the level of English proficiency, a student can join either an extended basic program, which includes a preliminary English course, or a standard program. Pre-Sessional English raises language skills to the required standard (IELTS 5.0) for training in one of the areas of the International Foundation Programme.
