The Embassy Summer School invites students who want to learn English in an intensive course or significantly improve their existing knowledge in an English-speaking environment. Perfection of skills occurs in groups of 15 students, so experienced teachers pay attention to each child. The school places the main emphasis on the development of oral communication.

Groups are formed taking into account the knowledge of applicants. Only those who have entered English from the zero level, as well as advanced experts with a high level of oral speech, are trained.

Classes are conducted by teachers who have passed mandatory qualification and possess the skills necessary for teaching children from non-English-speaking countries. The planning of the lessons and the control of the execution of programs is handled by an experienced Director of Studies.

Every day, the load on children does not exceed 4 hours, and up to 15 lessons are provided per week. Educational materials are provided by Embassy Summer. The effectiveness of training is enhanced by the unification of children of different nationalities in one group and their communication in English. Using hardware, computers and projectors makes it easier to learn new material. Schoolchildren regularly undergo audition and learn to perceive new vocabulary by ear.

New pupils are settled on Sunday. During the day, the children get acquainted, master the school building and the schedule, and the lessons begin on Monday. On public holidays, schoolchildren's education is canceled.

For the distribution of groups of complexity, children undergo a control check of vocabulary and written literacy. During the oral questioning, it is determined the ability to recognize familiar words by ear.

Culture Club

Excursion and entertainment programs are closely related to membership in the Cultural Club. The school provides for holding thematic meetings before any trips discussing the most interesting planned stops. At the lectures children learn a lot of new things, learn to talk about fascinating places and take part in general discussions. Club of culture lovers stimulates conversational skills and introduces local attractions.

Trinity Exam

All students can check the success of the program on special exams created by Trinity College teachers. Examination is carried out personally with everyone and looks like a conversation on different topics. To get the highest score (12 points), the child must demonstrate an understanding of the speech of the teacher and the ability to answer questions. Trinity Exam is not a mandatory completion of the course, but many students prefer to pass it, as the final grade is in accordance with the CEFR standard.
