The main emphasis is on the development of leadership skills + preparation for admission to faculties related to business and finance. In the specifics of this program such subjects as finance, accounting, management, marketing.

Engineering

• Key skills: engineering, innovation, design and teamwork

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

• In your Engineering seminars, you will study elements of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Students focus on both the scientific and mathematical principles of these disciplines and learn how these can be utilised in our practical project lessons.
• You will have the chance to enhance your abilities in collaboration, creativity, ideation and communication. 21st-century skills needed for your life at university and beyond.
• Through SBC’s industry experience programme, students will be able to gain insight into the life of a real engineer, seeing what it takes to make a project successful and in the process gaining unique, authentic and practical experiences of working in Engineering.

The medicine

• Course duration: 14 days

Preparation for admission to medical schools, the study of anatomy, health and medical ethics is conducted.

OXFORD COLLEGE INTERNATION RELATIONS

Art history

• Course duration: 14 days

Preparation for the specialties: painting, sculpture, architecture.

Natural Sciences

• Course duration: 14 days
• The intensity of studying: 15 hours per week
• Age of students: 15-17 years old
• Key skills: analytical skills, research skills, analysis, critical thinking
• Required language level: intermediate and higher.

The program includes the study of physics, chemistry and biology.

• Age of students: 8-12 years old
• Required English: intermediate to advanced
• The duration of the course is 2-4 weeks.

The course develops language learning through the study of subjects such as history, geography, English literature and natural science: this approach to teaching simultaneously teaches both English and vocabulary, grammar and language skills related to various subjects. Students develop confidence and the ability to speak English in a number of disciplines that they study at school.

During the course, students will take part in a number of fascinating assignments, in weekly projects:

Students are encouraged to be creative and participate in discussions, debates, improvisations and thematic events: these lessons are aimed at communication so that students practice their knowledge in conversations with classmates.

Business

• Level to start: from Intermediate + basic knowledge of mathematics.

The Business and Leadership Summer Program will teach students ages 15-17 how to prepare for a successful career takeoff in the future. At the same time, practical useful skills of the business environment and soft skills necessary for working in a team with partners are acquired. Students will analyze the most relevant cases and trends, typical practices and classic business cases, will study:

• Budget
• Finance
• Marketing
• Sustainability and business growth
• Communication skills.

The program of the course includes lessons, lectures, seminars, many with invited specialists (who, among other things, will help to understand the principle of admission to the desired university, will help strengthen your motivation letter). Visits to real offices, companies, enterprises are also provided.

All students will take part in Design Sprint , a project to develop their own startup (new product or service).
