College State University Summer Camp invites students from all over the world to immerse themselves in the language and culture of America! For students, exciting language programs are organized, combining learning English with trips and adventures. California Experience Programme

  • Age of students: 10-20 years

  • Duration: 2-3 weeks

California Experience Programme is a program for those who want to learn English, but are not ready to sit still, but are waiting for new adventures! The program includes a variety of excursions to the most famous places in America - Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Grand Canyon National Park and many others.

The program includes:

  • 15 hours of English per week
  • Online testing before arriving at the camp
  • Training Materials
  • Certificate at the end of the course.

Accommodation, meals, prices

On the campus of California State University is a comfortable residence. A two-minute walk away is a cafeteria, and in the modern dining room there are dishes of world cuisines, a wide selection of desserts, there is a grill station. Students live in modern rooms for two people (with bathroom) with all amenities and seating areas. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, and summer camp participants use it free of charge. Laundry facilities ($1.50) are available on request. A pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk of the campus.

The summer camp holds a variety of social and cultural activities for program participants daily:

  • Full-day excursion to Rodeo Drive and Hollywood, including a bus tour to the Hollywood and Highland Center, Hollywood Hard Rock Cafe
  • All-day trip to San Diego: Old Town, Seaport Coastal Village, City Beach and La Jolla Cove, Gaslamp Quarter
  • Full day excursion to California Science Center, Space Shuttle Endeavour, Farmer's Market, Huntington Beach, shopping
  • Full day excursion to Malibu and Santa Barbara
  • Full day excursion to the Getty Art Museum, Venice Beach and Santo Monica.

Additional excursion (optional): trip to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon for 4 days and 3 nights with accommodation in the selected hotel:

Facilities and equipment at California State University - Summer Camp

Summer camp is located in the well-maintained area of Los Angeles Norbridge. Norbridge is a prosperous and landscaped area that has an advantageous location near the city center - on the one hand and close to the countryside - on the other. Norbridge has everything you need for a comfortable stay: shops, restaurants, markets with fresh vegetables and fruits, a shopping center. The entire campus is accessible to people with disabilities.

The camp itself is located on the largest campus of California State University. On the vast territory belonging to the university, there are sports fields, swimming pools, parks and gardens.
