General, a universal English course General English is aimed at the successful comprehensive improvement of all key core skills:

  • Improve communication skills.

Students are constantly practicing in groups and mini-groups, if necessary, they can take an individual consultation with the teacher. The learning process consistently includes various interactive techniques: discussions and debates, seminars, presentations, role-playing situations. Each week the teacher sets a goal for the group, and at the end of the week, it is analyzed how well the students were able to achieve success in the task (individual performance reports are also formed). This helps students to more quickly track their progress and achievements, if necessary adjusting the educational course and self-study plan, paying more attention to the most difficult topics and language aspects.

The school works year-round, but for students with a minimum initial knowledge level (Beginner), special dates for the beginning of the courses are set:

A more intensive and effective English course is designed for those students who want to improve all the basic language skills in the shortest possible time:

  • Grammar
  • Reading
  • Auditing (listening comprehension)
  • Vocabulary
  • Written speech
  • Oral speech (spoken English)
  • Phonetics (correct pronunciation, accent correction)
  • Improvement of communication skills.

Classes are held not only in the morning, but also in the evening hours (usually afternoon lessons a little shorter). Also interactive methods, various electronic resources, mass media and the Internet are actively used. At the end of the week the results of the whole group's progress are summed up and separately for each student (individual reports with recommendations from teachers are issued).

Classes in the afternoon usually focus on the development of fluency in speech: listening, speaking. Topics for discussion and debate are individually selected for each academic group: the teacher tries to take into account the specifics and interests of all students.

Super Intensive English Course

  • 30 lessons per week
  • Groups up to 14 people
  • Duration: 55 minutes in the morning, 50 minutes - evening classes

  • Beginning of classes: on Mondays.

Variations of the General English course is designed for the most persistent and purposeful students wishing to reach the maximum in the shortest possible time. 30 lessons are held weekly in the morning and in the afternoon, in the evening hours. A weekly evaluation system has been adopted: for both the whole group and each student, all students receive a weekly report from the teacher about their academic performance, successes and achievements, recommendations for further development and studying. A student can always turn to teachers for individual consultation: to clarify the speed of their progress, the possibilities for optimizing educational progress, about personal merits and weaknesses that need to be further developed.

Additionally, students on a super-intensive course can attend business English lessons (twice a week): this will help them to effectively master the skills of professional business communication and etiquette in the international environment.

The program implies a balanced, harmonious combination of the General English program with profile studies devoted to studying the business and financial environment, professional communication and ethics in the international community. Meals are organized on the full board basis at weekends, and on weekdays students are offered breakfasts and dinners - they usually dine on campus or next to it, choosing any Dublin catering point. On request, it is possible to organize a dietary, separate table.

Also, at the request of the student, a hotel or hostel can be selected: the specialists of the accommodation department will find for you the option corresponding to personal tastes, preferences and financial opportunities.

Please note: the prices indicated in the high summer season (July-August) are also relevant for students who stay in host families for the Christmas holidays.
