CES International Summer School combines Fast Track Cambridge FCE training with a program of sports, entertainment and cultural events. The lessons are aimed at developing basic language skills with a special focus on preparing for the FCE exam, which completes the course.

Before entering, all candidates undergo preliminary testing, which allows them to determine their level of language proficiency and take it into account when preparing for testing.

Full Time IELTS Preparation: CES Dublin is the official IELTS test center, the only private language school in Dublin offering the opportunity to study, take the IELTS exam at the center where the training is conducted.

IELTS exams take place two to three times a month. The full IELTS course is held all year round from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00.

Standard Course + IELTS Preparation: The program combines standard general English classes, preparation for internationally recognized IELTS testing. Junior English Language and Activity Programme: CES Dublin International Junior Summer School combines teaching English with a rich cultural and sports program. Morning classes develop basic language skills:

Quick overview: CES, the Irish Rugby Institute (IRI) has developed a program to learn English for beginning rugby players. The goal of the course is:

  • Join the young IRI players;
  • Significantly improve the level of English proficiency.

Students will attend standard English classes from 09.30 to 12.45 from Monday to Friday, four days in the evenings - rugby training from 14.00 to 16.45 with IRI.

Super Intensive English Language and Activity Programme 

  • Age of students: 14-17 years old.

This course is the most intensive option for learning English in the summer. The entire program is supported not only by experienced teachers, but also by special EFL teaching materials: students work with it both in the classroom and independently.

The program is aimed at comprehensively improving the level of English, working with oral and written speech, listening, grammar, vocabulary (emphasis on conversation and the ability to perceive speech by ear). At each lesson, pronunciation is also practiced, new words and useful lexical constructions are learned. The lessons are interesting and exciting: teachers actively use role-playing games, project assignments, quizzes, debates and other elements of the communicative method to remove the language barrier as quickly as possible.

Each week, students are given an additional study on which to make a presentation: the topic can be almost any aspect of the culture of the UK, Ireland or Scotland, such as local myths and legends.

The program is held on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Lessons are mainly in the morning (9:45-12:45), but in the afternoon students are invited to 3 additional lessons (13:45-15:45): as a rule, they are dedicated to the development of communication skills. Multifaceted discussions using original materials, presentation skills, multicultural communication – all this enriches and saturates the course.

In addition to the course, there is also a leisure program: cultural, excursion (educational), sports (two days a week from 14 to 17 hours). Every week there is 1 big full-day excursion (usually on Saturdays) and a general disco.
