The University of Alicante (UA) was opened in October 1979 on the basis of the Center for University Studies (CEU). A relatively young institution with a magnificent campus skillfully adapts to innovations in educational programs, new technologies and the needs of students.

In UA, students study subjects from any branch of knowledge - humanities and natural sciences, social sciences and law, architecture and construction, healthcare. The university has seven faculties:

Accommodation, meals, prices

The university provides on-campus accommodation and assistance in finding rental accommodation.

Dormitories with a monthly fee:

La Florida: 464€ for single occupancy, 459€ for double room.

The price includes accommodation and meals, cleaning service, recreation areas and event spaces. Students under the age of 30 live here. From July to September, the building is equipped with a youth hostel for a short stay of students, prices per place vary depending on the workload

Europa House:from 350 to 560€ depending on the number of neighbors. Accommodation is possible - from 30 to 40 €.

The rooms are equipped with kitchens and bathrooms, workplaces, cable TV. The building has a gym, dining room, recreation areas, round-the-clock WiFi.

Villa Universitaria: from 790 to 1400€ per semester, deposit at the entrance - 790€.

The price includes utilities, cleaning, meals, TV and Internet. The premises are equipped with private bathrooms, on the territory of the hostel - paid parking, cafeteria, laundry, common recreation areas, sports grounds

Rector 3: individual rooms for 299€ per month.

The premises are fully equipped with the necessary furniture and plumbing. Underground parking is available on site.

Mediterraneo: thefee is included in the tuition fee.

The price includes water consumption, periodic cleaning and weekly change of bed linen and towels. The student pays extra for electricity consumption (from 5 to 10€ per month). In the building: recreation areas, laundry, cafeteria, shared kitchens.

Ezme: from 3400 to 5000€ depending on the amenities, deposit - 600€.

The price includes water consumption, cleaning and change of linen, towels. On the territory there is a swimming pool, a café, recreation areas with WiFi.

San Vicente City:230€ in a single room, 330€ in a double room, deposit at the entrance - 230€ and 330€ respectively.

These prices include the cost of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, heating, Internet, weekly change of bed linen and towels, TV/DTT, VAT. Round-the-clock access, standard rooms.

Miguel Hernandes: from 500€ per month.

The price includes: meals, cleaning and laundry, medical assistance if necessary.

The UA campus is located on 505,324 sq.m. of residential and green areas and 102,644 sq.m. of usable space distributed among the educational buildings. The university is in good transport accessibility close to the airport, beach and public places. From Alicante to the university there are trains, buses and trams.

The UA campus is a rebuilt building with the reuse of the pavilions of the old airfield of the 1930-40s + the latest small infrastructure and facilities. Recommendations on when to apply
