Students live in cozy, comfortable rooms with private facilities. Meals are not provided. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the educational building. The whole block separates it from Stanley Park.

It is located in the entertainment and sports area of ​​the city. Foreign students live in 1-2-bed rooms with amenities, modern furniture, appliances. Free Wi-Fi is available in the residence. A rest room, kitchens are in common use. Laundry services are available at an additional cost.
