Classes usually take place from Monday to Thursday, undergraduate students study for 2 hours, undergraduates 3 hours in the evenings, which gives professionals who want to learn the opportunity to work at the same time.
Spanish courses and French courses in Bachelor and Master levels are integrated into all programs throughout the entire period of study. At the undergraduate and graduate levels, there are internship opportunities – at the bachelor's level from the 2nd year and at the master's level from the Term 2.

The business school does not have its own residence, but it has partnership agreements with many city residences and hotels. Student Services Staff assist with the placement process for all applicants. Accommodation includes daily cleaning, rooms for study and recreation, kitchen, various activities. Rooms are usually doubles, with en-suite bathrooms, roof terrace, shared outdoor area with pools and gym. There are frequent events and activities for the students who live there.

The School reserves the right to withdraw any campus place previously confirmed, if the above payment terms and conditions are not met.

Enrolment process
- To enrol, you must fill out the application online, submit the required documents, and proof of application fee payment. The Admissions team will then be in touch with you to explain the next steps
- The next step is a video interview with the Academic Dean, after which applicants are sent a written a conditional letter, including information about the program and the payment conditions. Once the administration fee and first semester/term fee is paid, the enrollment letter is issued
- 'The applicant is advised to apply for the student visa from their home country with the necessary documents, book accommodation with the assistance of the Admissions team if needed, and buy flight tickets to Barcelona.

The business school's Career Development Mentors and Student Service department help students to advance their prospects in getting work experience.
