Description of Saint Paul Lutheran High School

  • Location: Concordia, Missouri, USA,
  • Founded: 1883,
  • Number of students: about 200,
  • Language of instruction: English,
  • Type of study: blended.

Saint Paul Lutheran High School is a boarding school for students in grades 9-12, strongly affiliated with the Synod of the Lutheran Church of Missouri.

Opened in 1883, the institution changed the format of education several times: from 1905 to 1986, only the last two grades of the school curriculum were taught here, and the educational institution bore the title of St. Paul's College. Since 1986, the school has been called by its modern name and is located in Concordia, occupying a large area with multifunctional buildings, its own residence and canteen. Students are in comfortable conditions, ranging from cozy living rooms and a balanced, healthy diet to the individual approach of teachers to each pupil and a variety of leisure activities.

Students from more than 20 countries come here to receive a quality education in an understanding, supportive environment, but the total number of students does not exceed 200 people. Small classes, thanks to which mutual understanding between teachers and pupils is achieved, are designed for 13 students and offer regular interaction between children and teachers, the development of personal and academic qualities, and an individual approach to each child.

The main goal of Saint Paul Lutheran High School is to prepare high school students for admission to the best colleges and universities in the country and the world.

Saint Paul is a boarding school for 9-12 grade students. With our own, on site dormitories and dining hall Saint Paul offers a full boarding experience with a look and feel of a college campus.
