The Summer School on Architecture from the Oxford Summer Courses will allow students of different age categories to master both the practice of designing and constructing buildings, as well as materials science, the history of architecture (and Oxford is a surprisingly good place for this as a home for many examples of classical architecture dating back to the middle of the XV century, as well as many modern projects), the theory of architectural thought.

When applying for study at the School of International Relations, a prospective student can choose one of two accommodation options: a standard room (in this case, the amenities are shared) or an improved layout, designed for single occupancy and equipped with a private bathroom. Finally, the issue of accommodation is decided after enrollment; As a rule, students live in the residence of one of the colleges of the university and enjoy all its benefits on an equal basis with students. Computer Science

The Oxford Summer School of Computer Science offers the opportunity to improve your programming skills and experience the latest computer innovations in a friendly, multicultural and friendly community.

Instructors will introduce students to the basics of the subject, including important elements such as basic programming skills, creating executable environments, various programming languages, and more. During the period of study, students live on the territory of the university in one of the dormitories of the college. You can choose between standard rooms with shared facilities or (subject to availability) rooms with a private bathroom. The residences are conveniently located within walking distance of key locations of the university and public transport stops connecting the university with the outside world. Meals are provided at the expense of the canteen of the college, to which students are assigned.

There are three versions of the program, adapted for students of different ages - from 13 to 15 years old, 16-17 years old and 18-24 years old.

Accommodation, meals, prices

Students are accommodated in Oxford University dormitories - they live and study in historic buildings. Christ Church College was the home of 13 British Prime Ministers, and the dining room inspired Harry Potter filmmakers to recreate Hogwarts interiors. Many buildings date back to the XIII century, convey the spirit of the traditional university. The bedrooms of the hostels were modernized, but they retained the character of the original decoration. Students aged 13–15 will be taught in seminars in small groups, and students aged 16–17, 18–24 will study in groups of 1: 1 or 2: 1. This ratio provides individual attention from experts in each academic field.
  • Every year, the summer camp accepts like-minded students from 111 countries who come to study academic subjects from the extensive list of courses offered. Pupils get acquainted with children from different countries, all strata of society, get a new experience. The course ends with a formal dinner and graduation ceremony.
  • The summer camp at Oxford University offers over 40 academic subjects to choose from. Oxford University Summer School was founded by graduates of Oxford University, current employees of the university work and teach here. Students are available to stay in the best residences of the university.

The school offers students classes in modern classrooms and laboratories, equipped with all necessary equipment. The libraries, classrooms, recreation areas of the famous university contain the necessary modern technical equipment, access to information databases.

Recommendations on when to apply

Language courses, schools and children's language camps Primary and secondary education - private schools Preparation programmes for entering universities - higher education Higher education (after completing accredited programs A-level, IB, High School) - Bachelor, Master, MBA
- we recommend to apply 6-9 months before the start of the course (some camps and schools offer discounts for early booking or for lengthy study programs)
- there are some very popular and high demand children's camps, where the applications need to be submitted 1 year in advance (in particular Switzerland , Great Britain , USA , Canada , Austria)
- we recommend to apply one year before the start of the training program,
- some schools have a specific time frame (September-November - please specify an individual school)
- some schools require tests in several stages (UKISET, internal tests of the school: English, mathematics, logics, subjects, interview, some require a personal visit)
- we recommend to apply one year before the start of the program,
- for Foundation and Pathway programs, IELTS and TOEFL certificates are usually required, respectively

- recommended submission one year before the start of the program,
- the deadline normally closes in January, for TOP HEIs and, as a rule, in March in other universities
- for a bachelor, a Foundation or Pathway preparatory program a completed A-level, IB, High School + IELTS / TOEFL are required
