This is the first IB program in the world to be taught entirely online! More than 40 years of work with foreign students and 16 years of successful online education have allowed us to create a completely distance and at the same time high-quality IBDP course, which opens the door to the best universities around the world.

King's InterHigh is part of the Inspired educational group, which already has 25 IB schools with 44 years of experience in teaching this course. The average score of these schools is 39, and some students reach a maximum of 45 points in the exams, which allows them to enter a small percentage (0.5%!) of the best in the world.

The benefits of this particular course include:

  • Flexible learning from anywhere in the world, 24/7 access – study anywhere (lessons are held in the British time zone);
  • Application of the latest technologies: immersive learning, virtual reality, etc .;
  • A global international community – from classrooms to clubs and communities;
  • The value of the program at the admission committees of the best universities: ivy leagues, Russel Group, Oxbridge.

The course is designed for 2 years. During this time, students study 6 subjects chosen independently – they are divided into 6 subject groups:

  1. Language and literature
  2. Science
  3. Mathematics
  4. Foreign Languages
  5. Humanities, social sciences
  6. Art.

Examples of objects (inside each can be a great variety of directions and varieties!):

  • Biology
  • Business & Management
  • Chemistry
  • Economics
  • English language
  • English Language and Literature
  • French
  • History
  • Mathematics and Fundamentals of Analysis
  • Physics
  • Sciences: environmental protection and society
  • Spanish
  • Fine arts.

Additionally, students attend classes in the main, fundamental disciplines of IB:

  • Theory of Knowledge (TOK)
  • "Creativity, Activity, Service" (CAS)
  • Writing an extended academic essay.

The course provides for active project work and research on various topics.

The learning process consists of several blocks, stages that students go through regularly:

  1. Introduction to the topic, independent work, analysis of the material, initiative in mastering new topics.
  2. Work with a teacher: professional, in-depth lectures on the topic (teachers often share their own experience, suggest additional resources and sources where you can learn knowledge).
  3. Explore lessons: Students summarize everything they've learned during the week in small group discussions and workshops. This is a team, joint work, which gives, among other things, the opportunity to see the problem / situation from a new angle, deepen your knowledge and expand your horizons.
  4. A weekly knowledge test that will give you the opportunity to track progress – and if necessary, fill in the gaps in knowledge, repeat something. Tests can be in a variety of forms (tests, questionnaires, written works, etc.). They also help to structure classes for the next week, to identify the interests and needs of schoolchildren, which you need to pay attention to in the near future.

The price does not include and is paid additionally:

  • Registration fee (non-refundable) = 50£
  • Tuition deposit = £1000.

Training is interesting, multi-format, interactive - games, quizzes, etc. are constantly arranged: this is an opportunity to consolidate knowledge, and develop with pleasure, without boring cramming. Among the main tools that educators use are, of course, conversation and oral explanations, marker and interactive whiteboards, presentations and audio/video recordings, screen sharing, and the inclusion of everyone in one program or browser for teamwork.

Teenage students at the Lower Secodary stage are already determining which subjects and areas of knowledge they are more interested in – this is very important, because after 14 years they have to make this choice already "officially" on the GCSE course. Each subject is taught by a professional subject teacher who has been certified for readiness for online teaching. Each direction is given a minimum of 3 lessons every week.

Students study a lot in pairs and groups, each lesson is recorded so that students and their parents have access to materials 24/7. Students have access to a library that contains both materials/sources for specific activities and additional materials for in-depth study. There are two main types of classes:

  • lead lesson (seminar),

Homework, regular tests and knowledge tests are provided.
