Summer English Course

The universal program is aimed at the complex, effective development of all the basic language skills of English:

The intensity of the studying is 15 hours per week. Before the beginning of the education, all children undergo initial testing, which determines their initial level of preparation and distributes them into groups from beginners to advanced, which makes the learning process faster and more efficient. In the process of studying, professional, qualified teachers actively use interactive and communicative techniques, actively developing listening skills, conversational English, expanding vocabulary and correcting pronunciation. Groups include no more than 15 people: so a teacher can give each student a proper amount of attention, practice an individual approach.

English + Sailing
- Age of students: 11-17 years
- Intensity of lessons: 15 lessons per week

The program combines a universal, general English course with sailing exercises: sports classes are conducted by qualified coaches with strict observance of safety techniques with the support of the Irish Sailing Association.
Language lessons are held on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8:45 to 12:00 - they are aimed at improving all basic skills and knowledge of English:

Additionally, 12 sail practicing sessions are offered weekly: from Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 16:30. The optional courses are held at the Malahide Yacht Club, which is only 15 minutes walk from the school building. As studying yachts are used models Topaz, 420s and Omega: professional, experienced instructors will be able to build a program of classes in accordance with the level of preparation of each student group (from beginners to experienced sailors).

Saturated vacation program allows you to combine English lessons with an interesting, educational program of leisure, recreation and entertainment.
The language intensity is 15 hours per week: in each group, up to 15 people are engaged, so that the teacher can practice an individual approach and give each student a maximum of personal attention. Before the beginning of the classes, all children undergo an introductory testing of the level of knowledge and are divided into groups: thus studying becomes more efficient, quick and comfortable. Professional teachers with extensive experience (both with foreign students and with international groups) study all the basic language skills in the complex:

- Auditing (listening comprehension)
- Vocabulary
- Written speech
- Oral speech (spoken English)
- Phonetics (correct pronunciation, accent correction)
- Improvement of communication skills.
Particular attention is paid to improving spoken English, oral speech: expanding vocabulary, overcoming the language barrier, increasing fluency and literacy of speech, correction of emphasis. Weekly in groups, students work on personal projects that are not only teaching, but also cognitive - the projects are dedicated to the culture, traditions, customs and history of Ireland.
Every day for students there is a great variety of leisure and entertainment activities: 5 day (after lunch) and 4 evening, and at least 1 excursion for the whole day (usually on Saturdays).
At the end of the course each student will receive a corporate certificate, indicating his achievements, as well as a new language level.
The minimum duration of the course is 2 weeks, the maximum - 11 weeks (arrivals and departures are held on Sundays). The program does not require minimum requirements for applicants: students with knowledge of Elementary / Beginner can enter the course.

Intensive & Cambridge Exam Preparation Programme

The Academic English program for the summer is the perfect way to prepare for language exams. These tests must be taken by all students who want to continue their studies in English-speaking countries - at school, college or university.
The intensive program of Academic English will deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to the main features of the exams. Structure, types of tasks, typical pitfalls and mistakes, time management – time is given to every important aspect. Teachers with extensive experience in working with such tests will work with students real exams of past years, so that students will be as ready as possible to pass!
The program includes a training course (20 hours per week), accommodation with a host family and a program of extracurricular activities and entertainment.

Accommodation, meals, prices
Students of summer courses are offered accommodation in hospitable Irish families, repeatedly checked and carefully selected by representatives of the Center. In each house there are usually 1-3 students: the houses are located within walking distance or a very short bus journey from the campus, completely safe and quite comfortable for living.
Children are provided with board meals: breakfasts and dinners in families' houses + packed lunches to school or for long excursions.
