Bachelor of Business- Hospitality Management
The ICHM Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) prepares you for an international career in a wide variety of hospitality businesses. You will progress from an operational base through to a management perspective.
Your knowledge is expanded each year with new industry relevant concepts and business applications. ICHM’s academic year consists of six months full time study, followed by a six month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement throughout Australia, or possibly overseas.
ICHM graduates gain a comprehensive understanding of the international hospitality environment, and as a result, have outstanding career prospects with many obtaining highly sought-after positions around the world.
Study Method- ICHM’s standard mode of delivery is face to face with incorporated technology enhanced learning (TEL). Full TEL delivery is available to students impacted by COVID restrictions.

Subject Summary: 27 Subjects, 18 Core on campus subjects, 6 Electives on campus subjects, 3 Work integrated learning off campus placements
 

Bachelor of Business

Master of International Hotel Management
The Master of International Hotel Management (MIHM) is a two year (four semester) full-time course, designed to provide participants with the opportunity to develop advanced knowledge and cognitive skills to understand and manage international hotel operations at a senior level.
Whilst the course focus is on international hotels, participants could choose to undertake their career paths in other areas of the international tourism and hospitality industry. The course comprises ten core subjects and three electives delivered over eighteen months, plus a final Professional Practice and Research semester of six months in industry, as a capstone subject to complete the course.
Graduates from hotel schools/universities/colleges, holding business or hospitality related degrees, may receive Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

The ICHM Bachelor's (BBHM) curriculum is structured in such a way that students are primarily taught the basics of business from a management point of view, then the fundamental knowledge base is updated annually with new industry concepts.

The ICHM academic year includes six-month full-time studies followed by six-month full-time studies (WIL) throughout Australia or overseas. ICHM graduates get a complete picture of the international hospitality industry and have outstanding career prospects.

Master

The Master's Program (MIHM SHA) is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to develop advanced knowledge and cognitive skills to understand and manage international hotel operations at a higher level.

The course consists of nine core subjects, three elective subjects and professional practice.

Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma in IHM are included in the two-year MIHM SHA.

Accommodation, meals, prices

College students are provided with accommodation in a residence, including meals, internet, electricity and gas.

  • Cost of living = $ 1,550 AUD-1935 $ AUD / month.

  • The collaboration of the college with SHA allows students to obtain a diploma both directly from the educational institution and the Swiss Hotel Association.
  • Upon successful completion of the ICHM program, students are given the opportunity to continue their studies at a higher level at Oxford Brookes University, Macquarie, The University of South Australia, etc.

Recommendations on when to apply
