The program is aimed at training professionals in the spirit of the French technique of confectionery and culinary art. It is a combination of a six-month intensive and a two-month optional internship.

The Bassins à Flot campus is located in the dynamic student district of Bordeaux, the city recognized in 2017 as the best city for travel and tourism.
The Institut Culinaire de France will offer its students 4000 sq.m. high-class premises: 6 HQE-certified training kitchens, a confectionery laboratory, a bakery, a chocolate and confectionery shop, an ice cream shop. Students can use:
- food court with restaurant and café;
- coworking space;
- a meeting room for student associations and trade unions.
The staff includes more than a hundred extra-class professionals working in the most prestigious and respected institutions in Europe, the USA, and Southeast Asia.
The Institut Culinaire de France, Bordeaux offers a wide range of services and assistance in various student needs throughout the entire period of study, a number of services provided electronically, assistance in finding accommodation (hostel is not provided).
Enrolment process
The application is submitted in electronic form on the university's website, considered within two days, after which the candidate receives an invitation to an interview in personal form or in videoconference format.
Students are notified of the results of the examination results by phone or by e-mail.
If the answer is "Yes", candidates will receive a registration form, which must be filled out and sent to the educational institution by mail or electronically along with the necessary documents:
- a certificate or diploma with a notarized/apostilled translation;
- a recommendation;
- motivation letter;
- a copy of the passport;
- passport-size photograph.
After enrollment, the candidate will receive a letter confirming the fact of admission. It is required to apply for a visa at the French consulate in the applicant's respective country. According to French law, any stay longer than 90 days requires a long-term visa, however, depending on the nationality of the applicant, the conditions may differ. Visa processing can take a long time, so it is better to start this process immediately.
