Each semester in the university is divided into 2 blocks of 10 weeks each: 9 weeks for study and 1 week for passing exams. The Glion Summer Program is the perfect way to discover the world of international hospitality and event management, combining academic pursuits with exciting activities. Participants in the summer course immerse themselves in the culture of hospitality through field trips and lead a project to create one event that will be presented to educators and hospitality executives.

The program is available in two durations:

  • One week – Through workshops and trips to world-famous brands, teenagers will learn what it takes to run an international hotel business. The program includes a visit to a luxury department store and a tour of a luxury hotel,
  • Two weeks – If a student wants to really immerse themselves in the hospitality industry and see the industry from two cultural perspectives, they can spend a week in Switzerland and the UK: one week in each country.

The summer course consists of engaging hospitality leadership workshops, field trips, and campus activities. Every day, students will take part in creative performances, sports classes, and attend dinners, both formal and informal.

University residences, like the classrooms, are located on the territory of the University of Roehampton. Students are accommodated in cozy, comfortable single rooms (private bathrooms and kitchen shared by several rooms).
