Freeda Language Space is a school with more than 10 years of experience. It has two locations in the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the centre of Barcelona.
One is in El Born, it is one of the most touristic neighbourhoods of Barcelona, surrounded by museums, bars, and it's two minutes away from the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The other is in Gracia, one of Barcelona's most emblematic neighbourhoods with a variety of local traders. It used to be a separate town that Barcelona gobbled up as it expanded, but its independency vibe still runs through the heart of the neighbourhood today.
Great locations is not the only advantage, Freeda Language Space sets itself apart from other language schools in Barcelona because of its personalised attention to students. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of just 10 students which makes the educational process very effective! FreeDa is certified by the Instituto Cervantes and by FEDELE. All the teachers are native speakers with a lot of experience in ELE and with a high linguistic and teaching qualification.

Educational process
Classes of up to 10 people: individual attention makes it possible to maximize the effectiveness of lessons. A personal approach is also provided outside the classroom with the help of consultants and managers.
Daily immersion in the language is an important component of the success of Freeda Language Space courses, so students study here on weekdays (Monday-Friday) regardless of the course they choose. Only the number of lessons per day changes:
- Super Intensive – 4 hours daily,
- Intensive course – 3 hours,
- semi-intensive – 2 hours,
- Standard — 1 hour daily.
If necessary, of course, the courses can be flexible and adapt to the needs and capabilities of the student: there are options to study 2 or 3 days a week.

Private Spanish lessons
One-to-one lessons with a teacher are a flexible and effective type of studying that allows you to quickly achieve your goals in mastering the Spanish language. Semi-intensive Spanish - 6 hours
The program leaves a lot of free time for exploring the city, combining language courses with study or work. 3 lessons per week for 2 hours allow you to build your own convenient schedule.
Intensive Spanish - 10 hours
The Intensive Course is the fastest and most effective way to learn Spanish. Daily two-hour lessons will help you to quickly get involved in language and culture.
Business Spanish - 6 hours
The Spanish language is one of the most popular on the planet: knowing it opens up new horizons for doing business and establishing international relations with business partners. The course helps to master the necessary vocabulary for negotiations, meetings in Spanish, contributes to the improvement of communication skills, two-way translation. To complete the course, language proficiency is required at least B2.
Super Intensive Spanish - 20 hours
Super Intensive Spanish is the fastest and most effective way to learn a language. Daily 2-hour lessons are complemented by practical lessons in grammar and conversational English. Language exchange, excursions and sports activities provide intensive speech practice in a natural setting.
This course makes it possible to obtain a student visa with its further extension in Spain.
Extensive Spanish - 5 hours
The Extensive Spanish Program allows you to find time to explore the city, sightseeing, leisure or work. Lessons last 1 hour are held five times a week in the morning or at lunchtime.
The program includes lessons in grammar and the study of spoken Spanish.
Semi-intensive English - 6 hours
Do you like English, but the intensive course is not for you? The ideal course is Semi-Intensive English: 6 hours per week (three lessons of two hours) will allow you to continue learning at your own pace, taking your time, savoring and practicing everything you have learned.
The program is easy to combine with work, study, hobby.
Intensive English - 10 hours
An intensive English course allows you to master the language in a short time. Daily classes of 2 hours are accompanied by extracurricular activities, get-togethers and excursions that allow you to practice English in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Barcelona is an ideal city for long walks and interesting conversations. Regular classes, constant communication with native speakers will allow you to quickly immerse yourself in the world of English speech.
The Intensive English course is the fastest way to speak Shakespeare's language.
Extensive English
4 hours a week.
Business English - 6 hours
English is a universal language for communication, doing business anywhere in the world. Knowledge of English will take you to a new professional level, expand the horizons of doing business, and help you to find partners in the international arena.
This course helps to master the necessary vocabulary for negotiation, meetings in English, contributes to the improvement of communication skills, two-way translation in the professional field
To complete the course, you must have at least Intermediate language proficiency.
Individual English lessons
Individualized English language instruction is based on the needs and preferences of each student. Individual lessons allow you to organize the learning process in the most detailed way, they are easily adjusted according to the schedule and intensity. One-on-one lessons with an experienced teacher provide an individual approach to the student, make the process of immersion in the atmosphere of English speech the most profound and interesting.

Semi-individual English lessons
The course is designed for two students with the same level of language proficiency. Learning English with a friend is fun and effective.
Accommodation, meals, prices
To make it easier to find accommodation, Frida suggests taking a look at the Barna Students Place page and choosing a suitable room by description, price and location. BSP student apartments are located in the best areas of the city, close to buildings in El Borne and El Poble Sec.
All BSP rooms are furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk), with a window, the apartments have Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen appliances. The apartment is cleaned once a week (at an additional cost).
Students (students of Freeda Language Space, other schools and universities) live in an apartment for 6-8 people.

The building in which the first Freeda Language Space was opened is in a great location - Poble Sec. There are theaters here: Theater Apolo or Sala Barts with an excellent program. The area is located next to the Montjuïc mountain, where there are excellent walking areas. Plaza España, Las Ramblas and the port are just steps away. The school is located near Paral·lel metro stations. You can also get to the building by various bus routes or by bike.
The second, brand new branch is located in El Born, a multicultural fashion district in the emblematic city center. The school is surrounded by Barceloneta Beach, the famous Cathedral, Ciutadela Park, Arc de Triomphe. The school can be reached by metro line 4 (Jaume I station) and line 1 (Arc de Triomf station).
