Fontis University of Applied Sciences was opened on September 1, 1996, its campuses are located in the south of the Netherlands. Fontys provides students with recommendations on finding housing during the first semester or school year, but the university can guarantee housing only for a limited number of students. The range of available accommodation options is extremely diverse, they all meet university standards of comfort, safety, and are located a short distance from the various Fontys campuses.

The Student Hotel offers fully equipped rooms with private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a shared kitchen.
