The course provides a fairly high load:
- Daily from 8:00 to 12:00 – basic academic classes for the High School Diploma course
- From 13 to 16 hours - hockey training at American Hockey Academy = a total of more than 300 hours on ice per season (the usual norm is almost three times lower!)
- Games every weekend.
