The Business School Lausanne (Lausanne School of Business) was founded by Dr. John Hobbs in 1987: before that, he taught at another educational institution and was dissatisfied with the material that was taught there, because he considered it ineffective - too much theory and not enough practice. He created his own school, where highly qualified specialists began to teach, who were interested in this area and presenting material to other people.

Today, Business School Lausanne is one of the best in the world, is a member of the European Organization for Management Development (EFMD) and a group of private schools in Lemania, accredited by the Association of University Schools and Business Programs. • To enter a doctoral program requires a master’s degree in business, at least 5 years of work experience as a manager, a letter of recommendation from employers
• To enter the MBA program requires a bachelor's degree, resume with experience, a letter of recommendation from employers, a certificate of knowledge of English.

The Lausanne Business School provides scholarships to students who are particularly successful in their studies, as well as need-based financial aid.
