The official religion here is Anglicanism, but attendance of services is optional, although it is encouraged: students of any nationality, religion and color can study at Bryanston School.

Review about Bryanston Private School

(10.03.2023)
Last year, my son graduated from Bryanston and enrolled in a business course at Imperial College. I can say that this school has given us a lot in terms of knowledge and skills, and this applies not only to studying. My son was very helped by working with a mentor during the three years that he spent at this school, and who helped him decide on the choice of specialty and university. I would also like to note a special assessment system: tasks in subjects are set for each week, and every week we received a report in which we also assessed the involvement and attitude to the task. Compared to other schools, where you receive a report only at the end of the trimester, this is a huge plus, problems can be tracked immediately, and the curator, for his part, also monitors progress and reports if problems arise.

The best boarding school in this region. An excellent level of support for students from the curators, who are fixed immediately for the entire period. Moreover, curators are carefully selected for a particular child. The workload is serious, and children are also taught to work independently, which helps a lot when you start studying at the university. Each week, an assignment for independent work is issued, and the time for this independent work has already been allocated separately and included in the individual schedule of each student.

My daughter attended this school from 2018 to 2019 in the 11th grade. We already had a lot of experience in international schools, but this school is very different from all the previous ones. The most important and valuable thing is their mentoring system throughout the entire time. Each child is assigned his own mentor throughout the training. Moreover, this is not just a formality, but real help. You can contact the mentor with any question at all, he can check homework, resolve conflicts, etc. This helps a lot, you know exactly who you can turn to in any situation. The equipment of the school and the territory are a separate plus. It was always amazing how you can fit so many circles and sections in one school! I bow low to the school management.

I want to share my impression of this amazing school, which we were finally able to visit this year. We first heard about this school from our English tutor, who lives nearby and knows this school well. We were very impressed with this place. Firstly, there is a special approach to the upbringing of children, in their opinion, the distance between the teacher and the student should be minimal, therefore, for example, there has never been a school uniform. However, there was absolutely no feeling that there was no discipline in the school. On the contrary, the students seemed to us very well-mannered and polite. The staff we talked to were very energetic and engaged. I liked the fact that most of the students at school live in a boarding house, and the child will not be left alone in an empty school on weekends. The territory of the school is very well-groomed and well-equipped, here, it seems to me, there is everything in general, both in terms of sports and creativity. We will definitely try to do it next year

You can choose IB or A-level, there are both options. Excellent teaching of creative disciplines. Any combination of subjects can be studied, as there are no fixed blocks of choice. Both IB and A-level can take very rare items. For example, philosophy, art history and even sports. A great art school and a ceramics club, which is very popular here.
