The most beautiful beaches in the world: take a swimsuit and go!

Summer is approaching, and our compatriots are already beginning to think about where to spend their long-awaited vacation. Often we have a desire to quit all routine affairs and find ourselves in a fairy tale. Fortunately, there are enough beautiful places on our planet that convey a fabulous atmosphere, and the beaches look especially magical, where the traveler can take a break from civilization and swim in the warm clear water.

Bentota Beach, Galle, Sri Lanka

The breathtaking beach of Bentota, stretching over three kilometers of sandy promontory, is rightfully considered a place where you can enjoy plenty of sunbathing in the morning and run along the picturesque coast during sunset. Bentota is recognized as one of the most advanced resorts on the shores of Sri Lanka, it is richly decorated with elegant hotels that care about the comfort of their guests and provide beautiful sun loungers under umbrellas. Despite all these benefits, the beach remains relatively calm and the traveler will not encounter crowds of tourists.

Playa Largo, Cayo Coco, Cuba

The sandy shores of the island of Cayo Coco form a wonderful backdrop for almost its entire northern side, which stretches for 15 km. The most famous among them is the beach of Playa Largo: this unique beach is managed by a hotel that works continuously to maintain its perfect cleanliness. An integrated approach makes this place truly perfect: sparkling white sand, turquoise blanket of the Atlantic Ocean and majestic flamingos with their bright red color, characteristic of Cuba. It is best to watch these birds at sunset, when the sun's rays are reflected in the water and give their feathers even more saturated shades.

Playa de Rodas, Cies Island, Spain

Many argue that being in a paradise with white sand and blue sea is possible only in distant exotic corners of the world ... This assumption is easy to refute: Playa de Rodas, located on the island of Cies, is adjacent to seething Spain.

Amazingly, the sand on this beach is as white and unblemished as on the most remote islands in the world! The Cies Islands are part of the Atlantic Islands National Park, so the cleanliness and order of the Playa de Rodas beach is monitored with the utmost care. Here, the guest will not encounter merchants or even hotels - the entire infrastructure of the beach is limited to camping. However, in return, the tourist will have the opportunity to enjoy the view of the rocks, honed by the surf, azure water and the sound of the surf. It deserves at least a couple of days of stay.

Balos Beach, Crete, Greece

Many travelers love the island of Crete, which is a great destination for vacationers on a budget. One of the most prominent places on the island is the Balos lagoon. There are three ways to get to it: include it in a tour, take a ferry, or walk overland, first by car and then on foot. This place is definitely worth the cost, because here the guest will find bright blue waters, pink sand, which acquires its shade from sea shells, and perfect serenity in any weather - the rocks around play the role of natural breakwaters. It is shallow, the depth increases very smoothly, and the best thing about this place is the absence of annoying merchants or shops.

Spiaggia dei Conigli, Islands of Sicily, Italy

Another amazing place that can be found in Europe is the "Rabbit Beach" on the island of Sicily. Officially, it is part of Italy, but it has its own special atmosphere and independent character. Here the guest will find equipped beaches with fashionable hotels, and wild coasts. There are no shops and coastal bars - only clear water, soft sand and Sicilian sun. All the hustle and bustle of Italian life recedes from this peaceful beach, but all the amenities are not far away. The traveler is waiting for pizza, pasta and comfortable hotels.

Playa Norte, Isla Mujeres, Mexico

Isla Mujeres is a narrow island with a length of only 8 km. The easiest way to get here is through the neighboring Mexican city of Cancun. There are several beaches on the island, but the most famous of them is Playa Norte, the hallmark of Mexico: here the traveler is waiting for crystal clear blue water and an abundance of palm trees, creating a fascinating picture of Latin American exoticism.

Haad Lang Kao, Koh Libong, Thailand

Despite all the obstacles faced by the southern part of the island of Koh Libong, it remains littered, while the northern part is under active nature conservation. On the north coast there are no luxury hotels and equipped beaches, but this "unpopular" resort area among tourists guarantees silence, purity of water and sand, which is especially important for Koh Libong. The most famous beach on this coast is Haad Lang Kao.

Le Morne, Mauritius

Le Morne Beach is located on the peninsula of the same name. For the convenience of visiting, it is recommended to rent a car or take a bus that follows south from Mauritius. Le Morne is surrounded by mountains, and larches grow throughout the sandy promontory. This place is worth a visit at least in order to enjoy the local air, imbued with a unique combination of aromas of sea salt and coniferous trees, which are not only pleasant for the sense of smell, but also have beneficial properties.

Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Bavaro Beach is located in Punta Cana and is considered a real gem of the Dominican Republic. It is believed that by visiting this beach, you can get to know the country, as it is considered one of the cleanest in the entire territory, has earned the prestigious Blue Flag award for its environmental cleanliness and water quality. Here the guests will find clear water of the Atlantic Ocean, white sand and palm trees, creating a cozy atmosphere. In addition, there are all-inclusive hotels on the beach with excellent SPA centers and well-groomed green areas.

Pasih Uug, Nusa Penida, Indonesia

If the traveler is in Bali on vacation, he is advised to make a trip to the neighboring island of Nusa Penida for at least one day. Here he will admire the untouched nature and crystal clear beaches. Nusa Penida is famous for several beaches that preserve their wild and untouchable nature, ideal for relaxing in solitude. Here you can enjoy the sandy beach and swim in the bay by jumping from a small rock. There is also an observation deck near the beach, from where you can observe turtles and giant manta rays.
