Colourful, memorable school events are also organized in many ways by the students: the Opening Ceremony of the New Academic Year, the traditional Christmas Ball, caroling by candlelight (this tradition has been observed for several decades), Parental Days and Days of Grandparents, and large annual fairs.
In the theater, students can show themselves not only on stage, but also by working as writers, illuminators, music directors and decorators.
Knox School regularly participates in the festivals of the New York State Music Schools Association, in various music competitions (All-State Competitions), prepares its students for professional auditions, performances at the annual Talents Show on Wednesday Assemblies.
