Description of South Cheshire College

State South Cheshire College (College of South Cheshire College) - the college is quite young: it was opened in 1968 in a small town of Crewe (county of Cheshire, United Kingdom). Today, more than 2,600 students from all over the world are studying here, girls and boys aged 16-25: the college offers both university preparation programs, as well as diploma / certificate education programs, as well as summer courses. The educational institution was repeatedly awarded for the merits of its students, adherence to the highest British standards, and intensive support of foreign students.

It is worth noting a special program to prepare for such prestigious universities as Oxford and Cambridge. During the academic year, students regularly attend lectures by invited speakers, specialists and teachers of these renowned universities, master classes from professors and scientists, visit university campuses, major research centers and laboratories. Established a productive cooperation with the prestigious University of Oxford's Pembroke College and Corpus Christi College.

A small cozy town of Crewe is part of the East Cheshire. In the 19th century, the city became an important railway junction, which led to its rapid development - and today Crewe remains an important transportation center, which makes it easier for students to travel, excursions and transfers: London can be reached in half an hour, and to Manchester and Liverpool in just 30 minutes. The population of the city today reaches 67,000 people, here even the own football club Crewe Alexandra Football Club is based.
