Mansanit Square is a two-story building next to the campus. Second-year and older students live here. Accommodation options and the cost of housing for the year:

  • Double average apartment: 1730$
  • Single occupancy: 1647$
  • Double standard apartment: 1452$

The towers on centennial square are buildings with accommodation for two or three people. Options and cost for 9 months:

  • Double room: 1363-1565$ (depending on the bedrooms - one or two)

Junior Suites in Towers is a dormitory for first- and second-year students.

University Park North is a 24-acre property next to a shopping mall. It is home to students who have received translation, and recently returned to eduacte students.

South University Park is a residential complex opposite the campus. It is also home to transfer students and those who are recovering from the curriculum.

Mary Park Hall and Mary Ward Hall are freshman dormitories.
