The dormitory building has two wings. It is home to about 617 people in corridor / block types, superior rooms.
On each floor of the right wing:

The left wing is a block type of accommodation with one kitchen per floor, showers in each block.
The building has a dining room, a sports hall, a library with a reading room.
The monthly cost depends on the number of people living in the room (2-5): from 5800 to 9750r.

The College at RosNOU organizes training in secondary vocational education programs. To enroll, applicants must provide:
- Application for admission, consent to enrollment
- Secondary education certificate (grades 9-11), scorecard
- Personal documents (passport copies, medical certificate, SNILS, etc.)
- Results of the Unified State Exam (optional).
When studying at college, young students are given a deferment from the army.
