New York Riverdale Summer Camp is located on the College of Mount Saint Vincent (CMSV) campus. The camp offers accommodation overlooking the Hudson Riverdale, New York’s safe, residential area, just 40 minutes from Manhattan’s cultural, entertainment, tourist, and business opportunities. From the first day, students are immersed in the English-speaking environment, receive intensive experience of cultural and academically rich communication.
Students choose to stay in a family or residence with classmates, which helps them gain confidence and develop language skills in an informal setting.
Each program includes an American Experience lesson to learn about local culture, academic counseling, guest speaker presentations, and off-campus activities. The teachers of the camp are experienced teachers, members of TESOL (teachers of English for speakers of other languages), have master's degrees or TEFL certificates and work experience of more than 15 years.
