To enter the first grade of school â„–2, parents / legal representatives are required to fill out an application in writing or electronically, attaching the following documents:
- Identity document (original) of the parent, legal representative;
- Child's birth certificate (original and copy);
- A document confirming the child's residence in the assigned territory: a certificate of registration of the child at the place of residence (form No. 8) or a document containing information about the registration of the child at the place of residence or at the place of stay (original and photocopy).
Acceptance of applications from parents / legal representatives of children who are not assigned to the school territory by their place of residence begins on June 1.
To transfer to grades 2-9 to school â„–2, parents / legal representatives are required to fill out an application in writing or electronically and attach the following documents:
