Educational process

International students feel as comfortable as possible at Longbridge Academy , as each of them is offered additional ESL language support upon admission. Daily classes and communication with a mentor will help the student adapt to English-language education, learn the material more easily, quickly perceive conversations by ear and replenish the vocabulary. The ESL curriculum adapts to the student's level of knowledge, supporting them in achieving their goals.

Another advantage of studying at Longbridge Academy is the format of online classes, which will allow students to complete the program, solve problems, and monitor their progress remotely. To earn a final diploma, students must take several courses remotely to be prepared for today's educational opportunities in the future.

Faculties and colleges

Longbridge Academy has an academic department to educate high school students and prepare them for university. The school also has a summer education department, which organizes short-term seasonal courses.

Things to know about

Students who need special attention in the learning process are offered a service of individual curriculum planning. An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is a special education plan that outlines the strategies or additional support a child needs. An IEP helps track and evaluate a student's progress and is modified as their needs change. A plan is developed within 30 days of a student being enrolled in a special education program, but it can also be developed for students who have not been formally identified as having special educational needs but who need additional support. Parents are consulted in the development of the IEP and receive a copy; The plan is reviewed and updated at least once during the reporting period.
