Grande Ecole de Commerce is a business school that is part of the IGS Group and has been offering bachelor's and master's degree programs in commerce, marketing and business development for more than 40 years.

The mission of the institution is to educate responsible, effective professionals who are sensitive to international economic, social and geopolitical problems. The business school's courses cover the entire study area to prepare students to develop in the dynamic, innovative, and changing world of trading and exchanges. Since the field of commerce is constantly changing, ICD Business School offers courses on an international scale. In this way, students open up to the world, develop their curiosity and autonomy, immerse themselves in a multicultural context thanks to academic semesters abroad or international internships.

Bachelor's Program, Bachelor's Degree Programs

Undergraduate programs presented on ICD campuses:

  • Business and Marketing (Paris): three years of study, including academic studies, from eight months of internship,
  • International Business and Marketing (Toulouse): continuation of studies in a related bachelor's program lasting one year,
  • Banking and Insurance (Toulouse): continuation of studies in a related specialty for one year. One week of classes per month,
  • Management Sciences: Event Management, Business Development or Support for Digital and Business Strategies (Paris): three years of study in English or French with academic classes, a one-month internship in Dublin or eight months of study at a foreign university.

Most programs provide training in French, except for the course "Management Sciences" in three specialties - these programs are also available in English.

MBA Program, MBA Program

ICD offers an MBA in Commerce and Marketing. Students need three years of undergraduate study to begin studying theoretical material and participating in internships in this course.

The curriculum specializes in business development, management, and marketing. Training is possible in English or French.

Upon completion of training, students are awarded the degree of "Master of Business Administration".

Programme Grande Ecole

The Grande École Master's degree program is a five-year post-baccalaureate program aimed at equipping students with marketing and sales professions in an innovative, digital, and international environment. In addition, the last two years of study are available in a work-study or internship mode. 

Over five years, students will choose a specialization from a possible four, create associative projects for portfolios, complete 20 to 30 months of internship to gain professional experience, and spend one to two years abroad. This program gives students the opportunity to obtain a double diploma, that is, it allows them to combine training in two programs or attend classes in parallel with work or internship.

Accommodation, meals, prices

The institution does not provide a place to stay, but cooperates with several organizations in Toulouse and Paris: the staff will help you find accommodation and book it before you come to study.

There are many different student clubs on ICD campuses: creative, sports, social, scientific, religious and others. Each student will be able to find like-minded people to develop their ideas and achieve extra-academic goals.

Admission dates and extra charges

Every year, education begins in September and ends in the middle of summer. Students attend classes from Monday to Friday, and rest on weekends and holidays. Long holidays are provided in the winter and summer months.

An approximate list of additional costs includes:

  • Leisure and personal expenses: public transport, mobile communications, souvenirs and others,
  • Possible registration fees and deposits.

Enrolment process

The admission process consists of several stages:

  • Filling out an online form and submitting documents,
  • Receiving a positive response from the admissions committee,
  • Passing entrance examinations: interviews, testing,
  • Arrive on campus to fill out the latest registration forms and start education.

Admission of new students is held in September.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

Applicants wishing to study in one of the undergraduate programs must meet the following criteria:

  • Certificate of completion of complete secondary education with an evaluation transcript,
  • Certificate confirming the level of knowledge of English or French (depending on the chosen program).

Future masters and students of MBA programs must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with an appraisal certificate,
  • Certificate of proficiency in English or French: IELTS from 6.5, TOEFL from 550 or equivalent,
  • Resume: work experience, research projects and more.

Also, all candidates must provide personal documents: passport, medical insurance and a visa to study in France.

Scholarships Grande Ecole de Commerce, ICD Business School (Group IGS)

The school offers funding for studies in the form of scholarships:

  • Honorary scholarships – annual awards of up to 1000 € based on academic grades and results, social status and need,
  • Academic performance - 500 € for new holders of a bachelor's degree with a mark "Very good" and 250 € - with a mark "Good", 
  • Sports achievements – 500 € for students who have the status of a high-level athlete (SHN) and actively participate in competitions,
  • International mobility: internship and university semester in Europe –  funding for living and studying abroad.

Students also have access to CROUS scholarships to pay for housing and Erasmus+ scholarships for foreign citizens.

The curriculum of some programs allows students to work one part-time per week or complete a paid internship.
