Full Sail University offers university and online education for jobs in entertainment, media, arts, technology. Offering associate, bachelor's and master's programs, the Full Sail approach is grounded in real-world hands-on experience and creative problem solving. The Full Sail campus is located in a suburb of Orlando, Florida called Winter Park. The campus is 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, 35 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios, an hour's drive from Cape Canaveral, the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, less than 2 hours from the Gulf of Mexico.

Full Sail does not offer on-campus housing or dormitory accommodation, but the university has made agreements with a number of landlords nearby and provides details on nearby accommodations, roommate selection and other important factors.

A diverse student community is focused on creative expression. Collaboration is always happening here: filmmaking, brainstorming at Jet Fuel Cafe or implementing a game concept brought to life at Blackmoor Studios. The Alumni Embassy program provides an excellent opportunity for foreign alumni to stay in touch with their alma mater, help both alumni in their countries with the staff of the international department, communicate with alumni and students, participate in various discussion platforms, and develop leadership skills.

Culture Shock is an engaging workshop designed to educate students on the developmental path they go through as they transition to American culture. It fosters open discussion, a sense of belonging, and guides you on the path of student success.

The ISS Mentorship Program aims to develop current Full Sail students as leaders, designed to provide an example for incoming students. Student leaders work in tandem with incoming students on a monthly basis, attend seminars, and help them in personal and professional development. Topics: effective communication, building meaningful relationships, Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), philosophy.

OPT Workshop - Discussion of the postgraduate work authorization that international F-1 students are eligible to obtain upon successful completion of the program.

The Student Life and Networking Workshop aims to help active international students connect with available support services, opportunities on campus. The task is to help adapt to the Full Sail environment, improve the approach to everyday tasks, long-term goals.

• Students who complete the STEM program are eligible to extend their OPT by 24 months. The Career Development Department assists students in the job search process by helping with resume preparation and job market research.
