Dubai Schools – Mirdif offers an American curriculum that aligns with the standards set by the New York State Department of Education (NYSED). The primary school curriculum is thoughtfully designed to tap into young children's innate curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, with a strong emphasis on nurturing and fully developing these qualities. As students progress to middle school, they experience a seamless transition that encourages them to take ownership of their education. The curriculum encompasses essential foundation courses and research programs, including drama, computer science, and music, which are alternated throughout the academic year.

The high school program, leading to the American High School Diploma, empowers students to select elective courses that align with their interests, talents, and aspirations. Moreover, students have the option to enroll in one or more Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which offer a rigorous academic challenge.

The Arabic language curriculum is seamlessly integrated into the educational framework and fully aligns with the national educational program of the United Arab Emirates. Arabic language instruction commences in the 1st grade and is mandatory for citizens of Arab countries from grades 1 through 12. For non-native Arabic speakers, Arabic is a compulsory subject from grades 1 through 9.

Dubai Schools – Mirdif places significant emphasis on providing pastoral care for its students. The role of a pastoral counselor is to support students in their social and emotional development and assist them in their academic journey. Employing a holistic approach, these counselors contribute to the overall well-being and success of students as they navigate the transition from elementary to high school and prepare for university admission.
