Concordia University (Université Concordia, CU) is a public institution of higher education in Canada, opened in 1974 thanks to the unification of Sir J. Williams University and Loyola College. The central building is located on a campus in the heart of Quebec - Montreal.
Université Concordia owes its high rating among universities in Montreal and the whole world to achievements in the following academic areas: “Arts and Humanities”, “Social Sciences and Management”, “Engineering and Technology”. The highest level of teaching and the demand for graduates in the labor market allow CU to hold positions in the list of universities leading the TOP of the best in the world. It is not surprising that applicants from all over the world come here: more than a quarter of students are guests from 150 countries. The low number of study groups allows you to organize an individual approach, which facilitates the linguistic and psychological adaptation of students. Concordia University seeks to break the barrier between academic education and the realities of modern times, trying to adapt the first to the practical needs of society. Teaching at the university is conducted in two languages: English and French.
Concordia University is accredited by the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) and the Association for the Development of University Business Schools. More than 180 programs are aimed at graduating bachelor, masters and doctors of humanities and mathematical sciences, business and management, engineering and computer technologies.
