Review about Amerigo Twin Cities

Arthur
(02.09.2021)
We considered this school for my son. It was planned that he would study the last 2 years in an American school before entering the university. We looked at options at an affordable price, and at that time the school offered discounts for Russian-speaking students. With the help of the Smapse agency, all entrance tests were passed. There were three of them: 2 interviews (the first - with a representative of the school, the second - already with the director) and testing in English. The test was difficult, given that the child passed such entrance exams for the first time. As a result, the son's child, but alas, it was not possible to obtain a visa. Thanks to our manager from Smapps, we were able to quickly enter an English school, where the child is now studying at the last year of A-level.

Secondary school. The teachers, in principle, are not bad, but two years ago the teaching staff changed. For better or worse, it's hard to say. Of the pluses, strong exact sciences, a good art center, many sports sections: swimming and dancing are at a good level.

In March, we did a tour of schools in America in order to choose a school for a child after the 9th grade. I was interested in options in the middle price category. At that time, the school was ready to offer us a discount based on the child's academic performance. As a result of the visit, we liked the school: fresh repairs in the residence, small classes, at that time there were no Russian speakers at all in the school. But, in the end, they still chose a different option. As mentioned, there were certain budget constraints and were looking for an option with a good discount. In addition, the school is not so easy to get to, since it is located not in Chicago itself, but in Minneapolis.
