Original Documents:

  1. Your foreign passport, which should be valid for at least six months from the time of submission and contain at least two blank pages.
  2. A letter of employment.
  3. Confirmation of financial means. You need a bank statement that shows you have at least $100 per day for your stay in China. It must be issued at the bank's office, complete with a signature and bank seal.
  4. Your original birth certificate, along with a copy.
  5. Two color photos against a light background, measuring 3*4 cm. These should be taken no more than three months prior and should be without corners or ovals.

Email the Following Copies:

  1. A copy of your national passport.
  2. A sponsorship letter, which we can help you with.
  3. Ticket reservation confirmation, which we can also assist with.
  4. Proof of accommodation, which we can provide as well.
  5. Copies of any previous visas issued to the People's Republic of China, even those from your current passport. If the visa was issued in a previous passport, also include a copy of the first page of that passport.
  6. Your international insurance policy, if one already exists. If not, we can help you arrange insurance and include it in the total cost of the visa.

If you are applying for a visa to study in China or for a minor, there are additional requirements:

  1. A copy of both parents' consent for departure.
  2. Copies of both parents' national passports.
  3. A certificate from the place of study.

This list should cover all the necessary documents you need to apply for your visa to China. Ensure each document is correctly prepared to help your application process go as smoothly as possible.
