Luxury residences

Students live together in a beautiful, luxury apartment building that is located right next to the beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The residence offers beach front access, in-building dining, shopping and coffee shops, as well as a pool, ice skating rink (in the winter) and an adjacent hotel.

Safe, secure and supervised

Amerigo staff securely track students in realtime and monitor the dorms using state-of-theart security technology. Full-time campus staff eat and live with students, providing 24/7 supervision. Comprehensive safety policies and procedures ensure that students are always safe.

Spacious dorm living

Single-gender, double-occupancy rooms, with shared space for socializing, dining, recreation and studying. The dormitories are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable communal areas, study rooms, laundry facilities and kitchenettes. The lawn is manicured and there are sports, entertainment and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness center.

Weekend trips

Located near the ferry terminal, students can take a boat directly into downtown New York City, as well as weekend trips to museums, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, shopping and more. Overview

Red Bank Catholic offers a wide range of STEM courses ranging from introductory courses to AP. Students can choose from a wide range of Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science and Physics courses, as well as electives focusing on other areas.

Robust Engineering Program

Students with a passion for engineering can progress through the school’s multi-tier engineering program, including:

  • Intro to STEM I: Provides students with an overview of basic electronics and system design, and students learn to use technological systems effectively.
  • Intro to STEM II: Students learn advanced microprocessor programming techniques using advanced programming technology
  • Intro to Engineering: Students learn about engineering while working in teams to design, build and test solutions to a variety of challenges
  • Honors Intro to Engineering: This course is designed to develop students’ critical thinking and creativity by emphasizing real world problem solving
  • CADD: 3D Design and Engineering: Students receive a broad introduction to Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and modeling, and will learn how to create functional designs and 3D models
  • CADD II: Students will learn to draft concepts, create analysis and utilize the advanced program SolidWorks

Cornell Bird Watch

Overview

Students at Red Bank Catholic take part in Cornell University’s (#17, Ivy League School) Ornithology Laboratory’s program, NestWatch. NestWatch is a nationwide bird monitoring program designed to track the status and trends in bird reproduction. The NestWatch project has partners across the country to gather information for a database, which Cornell University then uses to help monitor bird populations and how they are impacted by climate change, habit change and urban expansion.

Select Pilot School

Red Bank is one of the pilot schools in America and the NestWatch program and has contributed to the project for over 25 years.

Under the direction of their AP Biology teacher, students have been designing and constructing nest boxes from wood and PVC and installing them in a nearby 535-acre park. They then observe, gather data, and submit the data to NestWatch.

Students taking part in this innovative program learn environmental science through coursework and hands-on practice. Students also have the chance to meet with professors and representatives from the university in their work.

Business Courses

Overview

Red Bank offers a wide range of courses in the field of business, with courses in Accounting, Economics, Fashion, Sports Marketing and more.

Fashion Program

The school offers three courses that focus on the business of fashion: Intro to Fashion, Fashion Marketing, and Fashion Merchandising. Students will learn skills needed to be successful in the field, as well as the importance of branding and how merchandising impacts financial success.

Sports, Entertainment and Hospitality Marketing

Students learn about marketing in the exciting world of sports (both college and professional), entertainment and more. Students will also learn about marketing in the hospitality industry including hotel image branding, using technology and overall marketing strategies.

Accounting

Students learn the equivalent of a university’s introductory accounting course. In this two-semester class, students prepare for university accounting courses, and learn concepts in the field. Students will research areas including debit and credit theory, accounting cycles, receivables and payables, the preparation and analysis of basic financial statements. There is also an Honors Accounting course available for students to take.

Red Bank Catholic offers a stellar athletics program, with 29 sports at a variety of levels, including regionally competitive Varsity teams.
