  2. Recommendations from an employer, mentor, professor or colleague from the culinary community. Traditionally, recommendations reflect the commitment of applicants to catering, the ability to solve problems, perseverance in work, study.
  3. Written work / oral interview (at least 100 words). Detailed answers to the following questions will be required:
    1. Food. How passionate are you for this?
    2. CIA students lead others. Tell us about your leadership skills.
    3. Where do you see yourself 5 years after school? Tell us about your career plans.
  4. Confirmation of financing: a copy of the bank statement from the savings account, certificate of deposit with confirmation of financing or a letter from the bank confirming that the necessary funds are reserved for your education. Confirmation of an amount of $ 45,000 or the equivalent in the currency of your country is required.
