Summer English course for children and teenagers

The summer language course at the Maynooth University Summer Camp is an optimal opportunity for teenagers aged 11-17 to strengthen their knowledge and skills in the main sections of linguistics:

Additional and free lessons (2-5 per week) for everyone. The main focus is on the development of communication skills and project work: it is an indispensable experience for anyone who plans to continue their education abroad.

The book will be replenished during the entire study, and at the end of the course it will be possible to take it home to show parents and friends.

Accommodation, meals, prices
All students of the summer program are located in the own residences of Maynooth University in comfortable private rooms with a private bathroom (located in the north building). The residences were built only in 2016, so that students will be provided with modern, comfortable, pleasant-looking conditions: new furniture, fresh renovation, and excellent technical equipment. There is a cleaning service (twice a week), bed linen and towels (once a week).
Boarding three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is organized in the common spacious dining room. Also, students in residential apartments have shared kitchens where they can make a cup of tea or coffee, a snack or a sandwich.
All students use special maps for access to the territory: modern security and video surveillance systems are installed. Please note that participants in the summer program must be in their rooms after 23:00 and are not allowed to bring third-party guests to the apartment’s premises.

Summer courses are held from June 24 to August 9 (arrivals and departures on Sundays), the minimum booking is 1 week. The cost of a week in the summer camp is € 900, and this price already includes:
- language course: 15 lessons per week (1 lesson = 60 minutes), up to 15 people in a class + 5 hours of classes (optional) with the Apollo Focus option
- Accommodation (private room with bathroom) and boarding meals (three meals) in the common dining room
- Free use of the entire university infrastructure
