The Kings Summer Oxford Medical Summer Program is the perfect preparation for studying at a medical school. The course is aimed at students planning to study medicine and related professions. The course is suitable for those who enroll in Aston Medical School, the UCLan Foundation program or the intensive A-level course.
Students will form an understanding of the medical profession, learn about a wide range of career opportunities, get acquainted with the application process, requirements for applicants. One part of the course is a visit to a university medical school, guest lectures, including a session with a teacher.
The program will help to get an idea about the world of medicine, which means being a doctor, what skills and personal qualities future specialists need.

Super Intensive IELTS
- Age: 16+ years old
- Dates: June 26-July 17, July 17-August 7, August 7-21.
Powerful, intensive preparation for the IELTS test, the certificate of which is necessary for every student for whom English is a non-native language, when entering English-speaking educational institutions.
The program will focus on all the main points of preparation:
- Improvement of the English language: reading, listening, speaking and communicative practice, writing, grammar, vocabulary, literacy and fluency of speech, getting rid of the accent;
- Familiarity with the structure of the exam, examples of tasks, typical difficulties;
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each student, pulling up lagging skills;
- Training on real examples and materials (usually for past years);
- Active work on oral speech, listening (listening comprehension).
Summer Academy: Business and Economics
- Age — from 15 to 17 years old,
- The duration of the training is two or four weeks.
The programme, which specialises in teaching students the basics of business and economics, offers the opportunity to gain experience of pre-university education in the UK, valuable knowledge and skills, and improve the level of English language proficiency.
The course lasts from 2 to 4 weeks and includes weekly:
- 17 hours of business and economics studies,
- 10 hours of English lessons,
- One full-day excursion, half-day educational trip,
- Campus events every weekday.
Qualified teachers who teach in English will help students get used to a new field of knowledge through interactive, interesting lessons, experiments, and projects. Knowledge is strengthened through activities and excursions, where children will also be able to practice conversational English, build vocabulary and explore the sights.

Summer Academy: STEAM

The STEAM Fundamentals Summer Course is perfect for students who would like to gain knowledge in the areas of Mathematics, Three Sciences, and Academic English.
The weekly curriculum includes 27 lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers who teach disciplines in English. 17 hours of academic classes are devoted to specialized subjects, and another 10 hours are devoted to English and consultations.
- Mathematics: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, numbers, fractions, angles and other topics,
- Biology/Chemistry/Physics: the study of the sciences through experiments, project work, observations,
- British culture: acquaintance with the UK education system, universities, customs of the country, national cuisine, local sports and hobbies, laws and other important aspects of life,
- English: improving the level of knowledge in reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary.
