The boarding house is at the heart of FSM's school life, offering a range of boarding options to accommodate the needs of children and their families. These options include full and weekly boarding, flexible (flexi) boarding, and selective boarding (special nights) for day students. The first weekend of each semester is designated as a "home weekend," bringing together the entire boarding community as the new semester begins.

Each semester also includes two or three "overnight" weekends when all boarders temporarily leave the school to spend time with their families. During this time, the school prepares for the next phase of the semester.

For boarding students, separate accommodations are provided for boys and girls, with 7-9 individuals typically sharing comfortable rooms.

A balanced diet is considered an integral part of life at FSM, as it directly impacts students' learning, physical well-being, and mental development. The school collaborates with an award-winning catering company to prepare a weekly menu that incorporates fresh and seasonal ingredients, ensuring students receive nutritious and wholesome meals.
