The UK education system includes public and private schools: traditionally private schools are considered more prestigious because members of the royal family studied / study in the most famous and oldest of them.

Best schools in UK offer high-quality academic programs for foreign students, apply a selective approach to teaching and student team. Universities allow to prepare for university entrance, study English, develop soft skills: leadership skills, teamwork, independent research within the framework of project work.

A diploma from a prestigious school helps to get a GCSE certificate, enter the senior classes of an English school, take an A-level course, which allows to enter higher educational institutions in the USA, Europe, Switzerland. Some English schools offer International Baccalaureate programs, which are also in demand on admissions offices at leading universities.

British schools offer full-time and boarding education. The boarders live in host family residences. Living abroad, on the school's campus, provides complete immersion in British culture, language, adaptation to local academic standards. Young people are under the round-the-clock supervision of experienced teachers at the school and residence.

Private schools provide students with a balanced diet from local products, taking into account the dietary, religious food preferences of schoolchildren. Private educational institutions offer blended and separate education options.

Schools in England traditionally host many extracurricular activities: swimming, equestrian sports, tennis, lacrosse, football, basketball and other sports. Educational institutions conduct additional classes in academic disciplines, aesthetic, creative programs: theater classes, sculpture lessons, painting, dancing, studying cinema, photography, robotics. Students regularly go on excursions, visit museums, exhibitions, sports events.

The UK grading system is alphabetical (A to U), where A stands for Excellent / Outstanding; B - above average; C - medium; D and E are below average; F and everything below means that the student did not complete the task.

Traditionally, English schools teach from September to July, the academic year lasts 39 weeks. The academic year is divided into three terms, there are also “big days off” within each term.
